Rental Rate Notes

| Posted rates do not include taxes (6.75% sales tax,
6% occupancy tax) or refundable security deposit. Checks,
Money Orders, or Cash accepted. NO CREDIT CARDS. |
| No refunds for early departure. Agent/Owner not responsible
for weather conditions. Rental guests are strongly encouraged
to have 4-wheel drive vehicle, tire chains, or studded
snow tires during ski season in case of snowy/icy weather
conditions. |

Maximum Occupancy for each property
is noted in description and is strictly enforced. All occupants
(adults, children, babies) are counted. |

Condo is a NON-SMOKING unit and pets are not
allowed. |

Bed linens are provided for each bed. One set
of bath linens provided for each person. If you require
additional linens, you must bring them with you. Paper
products: paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags provided. |
Deposits
• 2 night rentals are charged a $40 reservation fee.
• 3
night rentals are charged a $25 reservation fee.
Refunds
• No refunds for early departure.
